How to Choose

Just searching online you will find many models available.  Some of the features you want to look for when buying an oven include:

Large Enough Size
A toaster convection oven is meant to be a space saver since you don't have to waste space for a regular toaster.  But you want the oven to be versatile as well.  Many toaster convection ovens can fit 12" pizzas and still be compact enough to not take up much space on your kitchen counter top.  The placement of the controls on the oven can be a factor.  Controls on the side will take up more space than controls at the bottom or top of the toaster.

Digital Temperature Settings
Its much easier to cook food at the right settings if you can set the exact temperature.  If you going for a convection oven, you should get one with digital temperature settings.  Also look for controls to automatically alarm you when cooking is finished or auto shut off when time is up.

Cleanliness
A toaster with nonstick trays and removable bread crumb trays are a plus for keeping the oven clean.

Heating tray and Rotisserie Attachment
With some fancier models, the oven comes with an attachment to cook rotisserie style or a tray to heat bread and vegetables on top of the oven.

High Temperature
You want a convection toaster oven that has enough power to meet your cooking needs.  Some low power ovens won't even reach 400 degrees.  Look for one that can reach at least 450 degrees.
